Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I know that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and it often comes after carrying more than you’ve been able to on your own. My hope is that this space feels calm, gentle, and grounding — a place where you can take a breath and simply be yourself. From the very beginning, I aim to create an environment that is warm, safe, and supportive, where you are met with care, understanding, and patience.

Many people come to counselling carrying feelings of overwhelm, sadness, anxiety, self-doubt, or exhaustion from trying to navigate life’s challenges alone. You might find yourself stuck in patterns that feel unhelpful, struggling with relationships, or questioning your sense of direction and purpose. Some days, it may feel like your thoughts and emotions are louder than you, or that life’s demands are too heavy to manage without support. Whatever brought you here, it matters, and it’s valid. You are not alone in feeling this way, and taking this step is a reflection of your strength and courage.

Above all, I see therapy as a space of care and human connection. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, gently reconnect with your inner wisdom, and find clarity, balance, and self-compassion.

My Approach

My approach to counselling is gentle, collaborative, and holistic. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted — without judgement or pressure to change before you’re ready.

I draw from person-centred, cognitive behavioural, narrative, and somatic approaches to support both emotional insight and nervous system regulation. Together, we explore your experiences with compassion, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools that feel authentic and sustainable for you.

Above all, I see therapy as a relationship rooted in safety, trust, and curiosity. You don’t need to be “fixed” — you already carry the capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and meaningful.

  • I offer a brief, no pressure consultation to connect, answer any questions, and see if counselling with me feels like the right fit.

  • A 60-minute virtual counselling session. The cost of this service is $105, with sliding-scale options.

  • This is a 90 minute virtual counselling session. The cost for this service is $135 with some sliding scale options available.
