I know how much courage it can take to reach out for help, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes simply to be here. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

My name is Mellissa, and I am a registered counsellor-provisional (RPC-P). I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, helping them reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust. My approach is person-centered, meaning our work together is guided by your unique experiences, pace, and needs. Together, we’ll gently explore what lies beneath the surface — uncovering patterns, emotions, and stories that may be keeping you stuck — and foster growth, healing, and a renewed sense of strength and self-compassion.

I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices to support mind–body awareness and meaningful, lasting change.
